SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!! Unboxing Hermès Victoria II fourre-tout 35 bag in rouge pivoine!!!

- My first order at Hermès.com and I was so excited to get this Victoria II fourre-tout 35 bag because it's so simple and low profile. With no logo and also it's not a popular model, like evelyne, herbag... So I think it would be a nice piece to go with. I took this video in 10 minutes after it was delivered to my house. I can't tell how happy I was but if you watch the video until the end, you could imagine how disappointed I became when I found the stains on 4 corners at the bottom of the bag. I was shocked and upset and you could figure from the tone I talked in the video. I was silent for 10 seconds in the middle of the video. I decided the bag had to be returned!!! I called Hermès customer service to let them know the issue and filed a return request online. It took 3 weeks for them to process the return and sent me refund which was not a good experience at all. Because it's over $5000 and I had to pay my credit card first while it took them so long to refund my money back.
I'm SUPER DISAPPOINTED that was my first order at Hermès and it came out like this. I have been ordering from Louis Vuitton so many times and something like this has never happened. Honestly, I expected better quality from Hermès!!! Let's get back to the bag. The leather was in very good quality, soft and the smell of leather was nice too. It's kinda in boxy shape and the color is so eye catching. I picked this color was because I normally wear dark color clothing and it will be fun to go with a handbag is in a popping color. The design of the lock is so special and I personally like it so much. If it's not the stain, I will definitely keep it for every use.
I still feel so unhappy with my first order at Hermès. This is something shouldn't happen at all. I wonder how they could let it happen. Everything should be inspected before they are shipped out, isn't it? I don't think I would ever order anything on Hermès.com any more! This is not fun at all!!!
I bought an item that looked “used” too. They returned it without too many issues. It did take like 2 weeks.
Can’t imagine how this happened. It’s definitely not what we expect from Hermes.

Contacted Hermes customer service and returned it for a full refund. It’s lucky to have this video as proof.
