  • Guidance video for heavy vehicle/truck drivers on how to engage the power divider when travelling on Cunningham's Gap, Cunningham Highway, Queensland.
    Videos were produced by Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) in partnership with the Queensland Trucking Association, supported by Wickham Freight Lines who provided the truck and trailer.     As these are supposed to be instructional videos, why the hell do we need background music that makes it difficult to hear what is being said?

      I was going to say the same thing. It's bloody annoying yet the clowns who produce these videos don't seem to understand this.

    Please dispose of that background noise, I am not sure if it’s supposed to be “music”, but it difficult to hear the information provided by the guys in the truck. For your consideration.

    Wow I learned a lot I been up that hill and never used diff locks ,,I never had any issues what’s with the music I can hardly hear you ,I guess I’m Just an old Cowboy Trucker what would I know ,,more then you old mate

    if airbag suspension actually equalized you wouldn't need to use the power divider because you don't need it with single-point spring suspension

      If the diff locks and power divider are open, it only takes the loss of traction on one set of dials and you completely lose all drive. Air suspension might minimize this possibility, but not eliminate it

      @jonathanrabbitt you only needed diff lock after air suspension came in it doesn't equalise the weight on the axles that's why you spin the wheels
