How safe is winter Mongolia travel?
I traveled to Mongolia this winter to experience extreme cold in one of the world's coldest countries. I traveled to Terelj National Park for the third time to see the differences between the winter and summer climates at the park. I was shocked to see bustling in the park as much as during the winter as in the summer. Yet, traveling in Mongolia during the winter can be dangerous if you are unprepared. Having a group of people and a good tour guide can prevent you from suffering and evening the potential of death!
Never travel in winter Mongolia alone. If your car breaks down on the side of the road, there will be no one for miles and miles to help you. Mongolia is a beautiful country to experience, in both winter and summer, but if you are not careful, traveling in winter Mongolia can be the last thing you ever do.
If you are interested in traveling in Mongolia with great accommodations at discounted rates, please feel free to message me @drfrancoismarc on Instagram or contact me via email drfrancoismarc@gmail.com

Thank you much for the vlogs! Most vloggers will walk through mainstream places (often without even leaving Ulaanbaatar), read facts from wikipedia and that may be enough for them, but you have visited Mongolia in both summer and winter, you get to know the locals, socialise, explore the country on your own and go to unusual places. And most importantly, you are deprived of the arrogant attitude towards Mongolians, and that is worth a lot. Your channel deserves much more views!

Throughout my Mongolia winter travels, and even this video, we see a lot of cool and fun things about Mongolia winter travel. However, winter travel in Mongolia can be DEADLY if you aren't careful. Stick around till the end of the video to find out why.

Hey. Mongolian here. Winter is indeed dangerous for us, let alone travelers in Mongolia. Every day will become difficult. Shepherds spend every autumn day only for preparing the harsh winter. But I give you credit, you are a brave man who came to Mongolia at the most severe time a traveler can visit. If, of course, you don’t pay attention to the temperature -30, winter here is oh so beautiful. The air is cleaner than ever, the sky is bluer than ever. Personally, I'm more like a summer guy but if you're prepared enough, winter is my favorite too. Anyways, I hope you're enjoyed your trip and I also hope you'll come back in the summer.

Hey there. I imagine life in the Mongolian winters can be a life or death struggle, especially for the nomads who don't rely on technology to live. I have great respect for the shepherds, nomads, and other Mongolians who have to go through the harsh winters there. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.:)
