Wow that was such a good Answer from ronnie Coleman about favorite and least body muscle. he said all muscle was his favorite to train and not a single exercise was his least favourite and that is the quality and mentality of a full professional bodybuilder!
Yes because 1998 his first Mr Olympia title 1997 he got 9 th place lot of pro shows he lost Lee pries 1998 also he didn't believe he can beat flexwheeler
Idk man… I could be wrong but his discs dislocated further because two weeks after his first surgery…from a heavy squat session…. Two weeks after he hit the gym and did squats again, of all exercises 😭 then he progressively got worse because he didn’t let his body rest… although I don’t think anything he did would change the outcome that he’s in :/ love Coleman! Yea Buddy!! No disrespect on my end, I could be all kinds of wrong.
have you ever lifted at your limit? If i do a heavy set, the first set i may be able to get 15, but the next set only 12 or 13 and then only 10 the set after that and then maybe 8 for the final set. Thats what he was saying. Keep the weight the same and just do as many reps as you possibly can. if you are going to true failure, you shouldnt be able to do the same amount of reps if you try again a couple minutes later
I feel like when ronnie explains something, he doesn’t tell the truth in some parts of his answers. Like he’s hiding and has to explain his answers carefully
Unfortunately Ranveer, this conversation seems to have zero engagement. It’s like your guest is just answering questions like an answering machine and you’re just firing the same question in different ways and methods.
its because ronnie was probably having a hard time understanding him. It was taking alot of time for ronnie top process the questions and respond. I have seen this before where i live, there arent a ton of foreigners and so people have a really hard time understanding them sometimes
Am I the only thinks this guy is talking with disrespectful attitude 😠 😒 show some respect man this is legend's legend atleast have a good plan before starting a podcast specially for these types of people coz u have to opportunity to meet and talk utilise useful , asking all nonsense and stupid questions 😠😠.
@@soldierbhiya6294After 5-6 years he'll grow into a Man. He is still in transition phase Boy to Man. So that Manly maturity is still missing in his talks/body language. Any ways he is doing a good job. We should appreciate that.

I felt like he was unprofessional with his approach to questions. He should have prepared better. He seemed liked a little boy curiousity questions rather than a professional question to man of such stature and legacy...obviously cultural difference to a native english speaker...some questions were not put across in articulate manner...his body language too seemed awkward he forgot the magnitude of the moment...
i work with a natural guy who is good sized and he said he doesnt get sore about 90 percent of the time. He is pretty diced at 9 percent body fat with not even full committment to the diet and can move some big weight, but he only gets sore occasionally. He has freak genetics, but ronnies DNA is on a whole nother level

Imagine 8 time mr.olympia being asked about his favorite muscle- good thing he didn’t get asked about his glutes
Unpopular opinion: Ronnie Coleman‘s mind is / was stronger than his body
Ronnie❤
(All boys assemble)
Yeahhhhhhh buddy woooooooooooooo light weight babyyyyyyy
I like when he laught
2:47 {when reps are 20, 15, 12, 10 then how will he achieve failure?}
Agree
Could be increasing the weight
That's minimum number of sets

i feel recovery from that many reps with failure in every set is possible when taking roids

Ronnie telling somany lies on somany interviews we know he is great of all time but by having that credit not good to spread lies but we love ronnie ❤
.33% Body fat is impossible ronnie is wrong there.
He's right, thats true man
He's right because
They are talking about body fat above muscle, not other parts of the body.
0.33 % fat is unbelievable but it's true.
Ronaldo has 7%
Hmm
I think he meant 3.3 even that’s too low. Anything below 5 can be lethal
God
Host is asking silly questions to the guest
❤️
Qualified for the Olympia naturally.. I bet my house he didn’t.. Bwaaaa hahahaha 🤣🤣
