I love watching things I can't afford!
If I win the Powerball and buy this home, I’ll invite you over.
@@kbflorida888 Thank You!
I applaud you for your honesty about it and at least not criticizing the property in some way. It’s always those that live in 1600 square foot homes with linoleum floors and flowered wall paper who are critical.
@@speakingtruths4215 You are so silly, how do you know who the trolls are ???
"how can I afford this", never say to yourself or others, "I cant afford this", because your destiny is set by your words, I say this from personal experience.
Now THAT is a great room!!
Lookalike a winner. Aweso.e.
The living room looks as cozy as a high school gymnasium.
Yes, always the critical but irrelevant comment from someone who couldn’t afford the property anyway.

@@speakingtruths4215 everyone is allowed to have an opinion. There's no way for you to know if the person could afford it or not.
@@ob5224 You’re the one actually speaking REAL TRUTHS!
This soundtrack is the part of the movie where the good guys are winning an epic battle cut to shots of breakfast nooks and claw-footed tubs.
Looks like a huge old school... It needs an update, but its beautiful and has an amazing layout.
I LOVE this channel. The comments are hilarious and ironic.
Amazing home!!
Very comfortable and impressive
Absolutely amazing. Beautiful, warm, inviting, spacious yet cozy and comfortable.. love it
Romantic!
Interesting design. Swiss Chalet Castle feel.
magnifique demeure aux milieux des arbres
They wall hangings are most delightful
My Biltmore home! ShuZam! I love the beach but I am a country girl at heart! This is a jewel! One day!!
Wow I love it
Wow beautiful home. It’s so pretty there in Asheville.

10 million 👁👀

SOMEone has WAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY too much time on their hands...
Just gorgeous, like my mansion in heaven. Wow, it's brand new. No One ever lived here?
I hope one day I get rich enough to the point where 70% of the rooms in my house exist to not be used, just looked at.
Because everyone needs a sitting room in their garage...
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
cool shack in the middle of nowhere
Yeah...except it merely sits on a big lot in the middle of a subdivision that's not only inside the city limits but is literally 2.5/3 miles away from the heart of downtown Asheville.
It nice house
It would be nice to watch luxury real estate videos where the music isn’t so dramatic and stressful.
Does whatever device you're watching on not have a volume button?? I was under the impression that every single device one could be using to watch these uploads on had both volume control AND mute buttons...
@@pineappletacos4727 you were looking hard for something petty to say, weren’t you? 😂 Still doesn’t change that the music is over-the-top for this video...
@@zachymilly8290 Seeing as I'm both quite witty and fairly intelligent, no, I didn't have to look too hard at all. I mean...what I said is accurate; there ARE both options on every device. And the choice of music is pretty much in-line with what normally accompanies these uploads.
This House will only remind me of how lonely I am 😢
Bernard, I am lonely too
@@jethrojackson6023 hello friend ☮️☮️
Who lives here in such seclusion looks like someone with a double life oh the possibilities are endless
LOL The house is in a neighborhood that is both within the city limits AND is like 3 miles away from the heart of downtown Asheville.
Thats excessive .... interesting to know that backstory on the owners ....
The location of this house make me scare...😀😁😂
Yeah...like Twin Peaks
Nice but those woods would scare me shitless
No pool.
I love the house, but it looks isolated. I don't want to live in the woods in a big house where I'm the only home there. I'm not even a social butterfly. Hey, I can't afford it anyway. Hope someone loves it
It isn't. It's in a nice, ritzy, expensive neighborhood that's both within the city limits AND it's adjacent to The Biltmore House (an old Vanderbilt family home) that just happens to have larger residential lots (1.5/2+ acres) that is literally like 3 miles from the heart of downtown Asheville. Crazy how you only see what they want you to see in these videos, isn't it?
Definitely has potential but that inner decor/furniture has gotta go
You DO know that people take their furniture and decor with them when they move out, don't you? In some states they even take their refrigerator when they go as well. Just crazy, I tell ya...
1963 split window Corvette? Really?
I really like the house but it only has 2 acres of land.
Ya when they said that I was immediately turned off.
I know how much land costs around Lake Tahoe, but it’s not THAT expensive lol. I was expecting maybe 5 or 10 acres. Not 2 lol. My parents house sits on 2 acres
@@rotor13 Land around Lake Tahoe is ridiculously expensive. The greatest majority of US homes are on less than 1 acre.

It's in the middle of nowhere. I'd be kinda scared of theft or something.
In the middle of nowhere, where criminals tend not to go to because people who live out in the rural areas tend to carry guns because the police response time is measured in halves of an hour?
I live in a house half this size, but sits on 20 acres of land in south Texas. I got plenty of ways to defend myself, my friends and family and neighbors, as well as our property.
Even the county sheriff who introduced himself to me when I moved in even told me to make sure I know how to use a gun because the response tome for any police or other emergency response is about 20-25 minutes due to how remote our community is.
@@rotor13 Yeah, didn't think about that. What i meant was first that there aren't many neighbors, at least not in this video. Just forest.
don worry, the bandit will love you
Except it isn't. It's like MAYBE 3 miles from the heart of downtown Asheville.
Decor is for Grandma or Grandpa liking. Definitely not my taste
It's not like you're planning on buying it anyway, so why does it matter?? People DO take their furnishings and decor with them when they move, anyway.
Guess if the owners are selling....all this "stuff" was not enough to make them happy and content. Sad😟
More money than taste.
That's a wood framed snack for termites. No thanks.
The house sits below the grade of the land like a bowl. Horrible design all the water flows right to the house.
I do not like it too, though they have some drainage in the middle of front yard.
That whole section of this neighborhood sits lower than the road because you're in a mountainous area and that whole entire section of this community sits on a gently sloping hill, so the water flows right past the homes and down into the creek that's one of many tributaries in the area into the French Broad River.
