I want to take a coloring book page of a flower and make it an editable file. I want to get rid of some of the leaves around the flower. Would the software tie off the leaves or branches or just leave them to unravel? Thanks in advance.

How big can a sketch design be, does it max out at 10 inches?
It can be up to 50 cm = 19.685 inches
