Grandma's Chinese Steamed Sponge Cake Recipe (Dàngāo)

This traditional chinese cake (Dangao / Dango ) is a light soft steamed sponge cake. Great for anytime of the day, good for breakfast, and snack.
This recipe uses a 6" round steamer basket / mould and serves 5 people.
