EVs are fine for daily-driving but the day when EVs are banned/replace combustion engines in motorsports is the day I hope I don’t live long enough to see.

I would love to drive that car merely to feel the MEGA HUGE amount of down force generated by that massive wing and all the other ground effects. The car tracks like a slot car with magnets added at each corner, gluing it to the tarmac, allowing Reto to extract every bit of momentum out of it! And it's a beautiful beast of a machine!

Dare I say it sounds better than the old V8 F1 cars of the late 2000s and early 2010s. Those had too much of a high pitched scream, this one still sounds like a V8.
This is a true monster, but not as iconic as his DTM Mercedes, that, in my opinion, is as iconic as Georg Plasa's Judd BMW (which sounded even better).

@@hillclimbracingfan5821 Yes but its difference to spend 25.000Euros on 2.0L Turbo or buy 5.5L V10 that cost 100.000Euros what can outperform most standard racing engines. And engine it self is like art,reving soo fast and its very light+if you put it in correct car its double art.

Why does this bore me? It’s a very fast car, it has a high revving engine… and yet it sounds flat and uninteresting, and the onboard footage shows little apart from a pair of hands turning the steering wheel occasionally. If I was trying to sell motorsport to a friend, I wouldn’t use this video. Frustrating!
