I can't seem to link my tickets to my Disney experience. Says it's unable to process my request and I bought my tickets weeks ago. Any idea? Calling is not even possible with the wait times
Hi Abraham, I don’t believe you bought from us or we would be able to take care of it on our end. If you did please be sure to reply to the email we sent with your tickets. If not, one tip I learned is it’s easier to link the tickets on a desktop as the app sometimes acts up. I would also suggest calling the help desk as soon as possible in the morning as I find the lowest wait times around 7-730 EST. Hope this helps 👍🏻
I had the same issue. The app wouldn't work, it was a pain, but I did it. Also, I had no confirmation that they were added. I had to back up from each page until I was back home, then I could see they were added. It wasn't an easy process at all.
For some reason I can’t continue with the reservation for me and my partner. It keeps saying add guests? My partner is not a guest he is included with the package holiday
Hi Molly, although your husband is included on the reservation you might still need to set him up as a guest in the My Disney Experience account. I don’t believe you booked with us however if you would like email me at Mike@theparkprodigy.com and we’ll do our best to help you out 👍🏻
Does everyone have to create a my Disney experience account? What about the kids? Can one person purchase the tickets and then assign them to everyone?
Hi Brandin, yes you can absolutely manage the plans for everyone in your party from one My Disney Experience account. The kids can still have their own magic bands if you would like and still be connected to one account as well. Feel free to email me at Mike@theparkprodigy.com if you do have any other questions. Thanks so much!
@@brandin9323 for Star Wars Rise of the Resistance they actually just changed to a stand by queue with an option to add the lighting lane for an additional fee. It will give you more flexibility however we do expect lines to be longer depending on the time you visit. I hope this helps!
@@brandin9323 the new program actually starts October 19th and guests would be able to purchase starting at 7:00 AM for onsite hotels and upon park opening for other guests. When is your trip? I’m planning on going on the 19th to learn the system and can fill you in on how it goes 👍🏻
If I have purchased tickets for the future (end of April) am I still ok to add the tickets to the account, they won’t activate them early?
Correct, they are date specific and won't activate until you scan them at the parks!
What’s the estimated time for getting my confirmation through Disney ?
If you purchased tickets through Disney it may take 24 hours to process.
