- This video is an audio edition of some scenes from the Chinese series: Ruyi's Royal Love in the Palace. I couldn't find the song so I tried to edit it from differents scenes. The song is based in the famous poem "Drunk in Blossom Shade" by Li Qingzhao. Unfortunatly, I don't have the name of the composer or the singer so I can't put the credit. I f somebody know, please give me the information. Thank you!

Shu was elegant in that scene when she first enter
she is the purest of all, he simply didn't deserve her and deserved her innocent love.
It's actually Consort Shu (Chen Haoyu) who sings the poem.
Did you hear the full recording of this song? I heard this as I walked thru a grocery store on the overhead speakers in its entirety. I am assuming that the recording is available in China. So, Chen HaoYu is the actual name of the singer? ("Drunk In Blossom Shade")
陈昊宇is the singer’s name
This song is quite moving. It's bittersweet as well..bravo
I like the flute accompaniment because her voice blends well with it. I am entranced by the lyrics (poem by Li QingZhao). I feel that the line I am thinner than the yellow flowers should read: I am feeling more fragile than the yellow chrysanthemums (First chrysanthemums are a very hardy flower, resistant to cold. Secondly, she is fragile ) because she is mourning over her deceased husband on the "Double Ninth" festival.
Thank you so much for this! I was looking for exactly this song
Bó wù nóng yún chóu yǒng zhòu,
[meagre] [mist] [dense] [cloud] [worry] [eternal] [daytime]
Thin mist and thick clouds shroud the long day in melancholy;
ruìnǎo xiāo jīn shòu.
[perfume][] [vanish] [gold] [beast]
perfume scatters from a golden beast-shaped censer.
Jiājié yòu Chóngyáng,
[beautiful] [festival] [again] [Double Ninth Festival][]
A holiday once again, it is Double Ninth;
yù zhěn shā chú,
[jade] [pillow] [gauze] [veil]
through embroidered pillows and gauze veils,
bànyè liáng chū tòu.
[half] [night] [cool] [begin] [pass through]
in the middle of the night, coolness begins to come through.
Dōnglí bǎjiǔ huánghūn hòu,
[east] [fence] [raise] [wine] [yellow] [dusk] [after]
At the eastern fence, one raises one's cup after dusk;
yǒu àn xiāng yíng xiù.
[have] [plum blossom][] [fill] [sleeve]
the fragrance of plum blossom fills one's robes.
Mò dào bù xiāohún?
[none] [say] [not] [eliminate] [spirit]
Who would not say that this is overwhelming?
Lián juǎn xīfēng,
[curtain] [roll] [west] [wind]
In the westerly wind that lifts the curtains
rén bǐ huánghuā shòu.
[person] [compare] [yellow] [flower] [thin]
, one is thinner than the yellow flowers
Thank you!! ♥️
Thank you so much!!❤
