I just bought a 2024 Kona Limited and your videos are part of what helped me make my decision. I wish more reviewers would do a night time review to go over interior and exterior lighting.
Finally someone doing good reviews at night 👍🏻
Thank you, Here is some more ruclips.net/p/PLREQk5CdNhC6seeve9Vzb97pK5Otf1Qfu

Great review Mike ,,,,We just bought one of these ,N line in Cosmic gray pearl. Great vehicle , we really love it. . Again Great nite shot.
I still like that it welcomes me..good afternoon frank..drive safely!..thanks beautiful
It talks to you ?
Great review. I have a 2024 Kona Limited and it has the interior ambient lighting which the N Line does not have. It helps a lot. I watch and enjoy all your videos.
The N line has ambient lightning, he just didn’t turn it on from the settings, I went to the Hyundai website and compared the Trim levels just to be sure and it says standard on the N line
@@KEVWITHTHESS do you live in the USA?
Australia gets the Ambient lighting on the Premium (similar to Limited) but you can get Premium with N-Line which carries over the ambient lighting. Our N-line and Premium also get LED turn signals.
Australia also gets dual zone Climate on ALL trims... and some other things such as a space saver spare .
Different things in different regions.

I have an n series top of the line everything..just because im retiring in 2 yrs and got the lease for 2 yrs..it is a beautiful beautiful girl..I have had numerous compliments..nice
looking at getting one of these in ultimate trim. Presently comparing it to a 2024 crosstrek limited, or a CX-30 GT. Its such a hard choice to decide between these 3!

Thank you for your positive feedback Rich :)
It's a pity that the indicators don't have LED bulbs in them. they thought they would be brighter and more efficient !
Those screens are also perfectly bright for when you have the sun right in front of you at sunrise or sunset. It is kind of surprising how well you can see the screens in those conditions.
I just bought a 2024 N line a couple weeks ago and it does have ambiant lighting in the door pockets, storage area in the dash, cell phone charging area and other areas. I know the N lines sold in Canada are a little different from the U.S. version.

My 2024 Australian Kona also has ambient lighting in the front door pockets and the storage shelf above the glovebox. All turn signals are LED.
@@kanesanders6669 The N line is the top trim level in Canada, and apparently others. In the US, the top trim level is the Limited which has the regular body style and ambient lighting. The N line is the second highest trim in the US, and for some reason and they took away some of the features compared to other countries
I'm naming Kona “Tony Stark”
There' is a light in the front doors under the panel where the window and lock controls are snd also in that small little shelf just above the glove compartment and uts a mood lighting system so you can choose the colors ,I know this cause I own a 2024 Kona N line and I have mine currently at purple and so if you have some items in the pocket or the shelf you see them so well especially at night go on the screen icons and hit illumination you will see the settings for the mood lighting guide
Do you live in the USA?
Canada
The only 2024 Kona trim that has mood lighting in the US is the limited trim. I suppose it is different in Canada
Here is USA features: www.hyundainews.com/assets/documents/original/56996-2024KonaFeatures082323.pdf
What country are you in, that it doesn’t have ambient lighting on the n line?
USA
So at the dealership it didn't look like that long skinny center light in the front end that the middle part was working? Is it that it has to be really dark to tell the middle part of that light is working?
Yes, it is much brighter on the ends and fades significantly in the middle.
Inthink trim level also makes a différence if it’s a full led or partial sides are lit
Be aware, the fully illuminated edge to edge horizon bar (on the front) is only available on the Limited trim in the U.S.
The U.S. version of the N-Line does NOT have a fully illuminated horizon bar across the front hood…only the Limited features that.
Currently debating between getting a 2024 Hyundai Kona N-Line or a 2024 Honda HR-V EX-L and it is so difficult
I would definitely go with the 2024 Hyundai Kona. I have the 2024 Hyndai Kona SEL with convenience package and its awesome. I kind of wish I got the N-line as it didnt cost much more. the 2.0 gets better gas mileage though. That is a tough choice as the HR-V is a solid competitor
The N-line looks a lot better and has a better infotainment screen and instrument cluster screen. The shift by wire gear selector clears up space in the middle so cables wont get in the way. The HRV just might be slightly more comfortable with the better arm rests. The interior dimensions are almost identical between the two
I really hope Hyundai reconsiders not making a Kona N for this new gen Kona. So much better looking than the previous gen.
why?...mine looks pretty..juicy back end and very pretty front..I love it!
Is the car reliable ? What are the Pro and Con ?
Unlikely to be reliable in the long run, especially since this one has turbo i think, its going to end up burning oil and needing turbo repairs in the 100,000 miles range or near that most likely.
The nline has ambient lighting

not in the US it doesnt
Holy shit, when the vid started, l thought the doorhandle fell off in his hsnd! Am l the only one?
I know not all salesmen are informative but they need to let people know about the light across the front is not to be used as forward lighting. Edited after the fact. RUNNING LIGHTS/DRLs are not headlights. They’re running lights for safety not for night time driving. Forward lighting was misinterpreted apparently.
The light across the front always is on.
@@civertron9784 that’s not what I’m talking about. It’s not to be used as headlights as forward lighting. People mistake it being bright enough and don’t know they need to turn the actual switch to turn the running lights and headlights on.
@@Crvowner2022 who makes that mistake? That sounds ridiculous
@@jackmemphis777 a lot of Nissan owners, Honda and I believe a few Toyota owners.
@@jackmemphis777 I’ve noticed a lot of Nissan, Toyota, Hyundai, Kia and Honda owners who didn’t realize their running lights were not their actual headlights.
