According to Petscop 11 Paul and Care and exactly the same age. In Petscop 14 there was a conversation between Care and her Mother. Care kept swearing at her (Paul swears a lot) and called her mother Jill. Paul says that conversation is based on one he had IRL. Care has an aunt named Jill. They might be cousins. That would explain how Paul could have "found" the game, since he is related to Care in a lot of ways.
NLM means “Nobody Loves Me” which is why in the game it represents a state of depression or suicidal intentions. I have a theory that Petscop this is an alternative universe that portrays Paul’s live. Hence the reference to his actual aunt and a real-life story and such

Reposting my comment about the sound at 16:50. I boosted the audio and thought it might be reversed, so I reversed it but found that that only made revealed that the audio is in fact not reversed. It sounds like there's some kind of algorithmic filter causing certain segments to repeat discordantly. I slowed it down and ran it through some filters, and it isn't perfect but here's what I can kinda make out: 1. *Quietly*"*exhale*And now", 2. *indecipherable, phonetically*"Sphndish *breathing*", 3. *audio cut at beginning*"-ood because he doesn't like-", 4. *audio cut at beginning*"-zerf" (sounds like it could be the end of saying "loser"), 5. audio repeated from 3 "-because he doesn't like-", 6. really hard to decipher Guess A: "Fewer pizzas" Guess B: "View of bizzes" Guess C: "Flew up dishes" 7. lots of overlain audio repeated from 6 with new audio stuttering beneath, also difficult to decipher "Look how- look how I sing: CAW!" 8. overlain with more repeating audio from 6 and 7, best attempt to decipher "See what you look like." followed by what sounds like "visage" 9. sounds like nonsense sounds "Awww- seh-puah! I just listened to the clip in the video closer and I'm pretty sure one of the audio tracks is a kid saying "you did this" about 3 times again. In my head that coincides with marvin looking at the windmill where his "first crime" was. These are things that were censored. The red thing came from the "gift with a sticker" the chalkboard, the stencils on the wall, and a little (I don't know what it is) that fits comfortably on a table. These arent inapropriate, but I bet Paul and family have seen them, so for the sake of privacy and security, they censored. That's the constant shock Paul faces when he sees these things, you'll notice the more personal things he sees the more he speculates on if this game relates to him, and because all of it was censored in post, he probably thought the first was a coincidence which didn't phase him. After more of these, Paul censored all of em.

It sounds like there's some kind of algorithmic filter causing certain segments to repeat discordantly. I slowed it down and ran it through some filters, and it isn't perfect but here's what I can kinda make out:
1. *Quietly*"*exhale*And now",
2. *indecipherable, phonetically*"Sphndish *breathing*",
3. *audio cut at beginning*"-ood because he doesn't like-",
4. *audio cut at beginning*"-zerf" (sounds like it could be the end of saying "loser"),
5. audio repeated from 3 "-because he doesn't like-",
6. really hard to decipher Guess A: "Fewer pizzas" Guess B: "View of bizzes" Guess C: "Flew up dishes"
7. lots of overlain audio repeated from 6 with new audio stuttering beneath, also difficult to decipher "Look how- look how I sing: CAW!"
8. overlain with more repeating audio from 6 and 7, best attempt to decipher "See what you look like." followed by what sounds like "visage"
9. sounds like nonsense sounds "Awww- seh-puah! Awww- seh-puah!"
10. Deep, deep down in the base static there is one final bit that sounds like another nonsense mouth sound when boosted "BOHGK!"
None of it makes sense to me, but I tried my best. Isolated the hell out of each individual clip but it's just really hard to understand.

I just listened to the clip in the video closer and I'm pretty sure one of the audio tracks is a kid saying "you did this" about 3 times again. In my head that coincides with marvin looking at the windmill where his "first crime" was. The other big thing I heard was the kid saying "see what you look like" that you pointed out, personally I think that's a reference to marvin pointing out care's deformities as stated in this episode.

These are things that were censored. The red thing came from the "gift with a sticker" the chalkboard, the stencils on the wall, and a little (I don't know what it is) that fits comfortably on a table. These arent inapropriate, but I bet Paul and family have seen them, so for the sake of privacy and security, they censored. That's the constant shock Paul faces when he sees these things, you'll notice the more personal things he sees the more he speculates on if this game relates to him, and because all of it was censored in post, he probably thought the first was a coincidence which didn't phase him. After more of these, Paul censored all of em.
