Thanks for sharing. I am rebuilding a set of Showa forks from my 1995 K75. Videos like this are useful to me in the RUclips library so I can see what others have done with the same forks.

Also it is important when you rebuild the Forex not to mess around with the steering bearings as it is very complicated and require special tools I took mine apart took the races out and change them but I could never get the proper tight fit because I didn't have the special BMW tools and I didn't want to go to the effort of making the custom tools and without them you'll always have a gap

I have a k75c and noticed that I have showa forks with same no “S” stamped on top. I’ve gone through 2 different brand seals and currently ordered some from max bmw cycles. Not sure if these are the right ones since they say 1991 on them. Do you know the part number for the showa fork seals?

I might I will have to see if I have a picture somewhere. The first thing is what is the Chrome like on your forks where the seals slide are there any rust pits? If the answer is yes even if you have sanded or steel wool them they will still cause your seals to leak I read about a method recently where you can actually mix up epoxy glue and fill the pits and that cures that problem
