@10:13 number 7 cylinder is only running 168 i can tell you why and it has nothing to do with the valves at all, these heads have the same issue as the Triton heads did in the expeditions and the f-150s, I guarantee somebody blew a spark plug out of that head on number 7 cylinder and they put one of those helicoil style fixes in that spark plug hole and it's letting a little bit of PSI out the way to fix it is to get the spark plug adapter not the helicoil in the head it will level out your PSI in that cylinder.

Crown Vic motor issues. I just blew up my crown Vic f100. 5 great cylinder, 3 bad. One has 20psi. Put oil in the 3 bad cylinders, compression went up so it’s not top end. 3rd motor I’ve blown. I’m on a roll 😂

I have been running cheap Amazon $30 for 8ncoil packs in my 03' and 08' Vic since 2016. My cousin spent $300 for a set of Accels and kept calling me cheap. I can run 10 sets for the one set of Accels he bought. And I have had no problems. HE has changed his after 3 years. Me too. For $30. He paid another $300. Lol. Go figure

12:00 143psi is a non-pi 4.6... 158psi is a pi 4.6, 9.7:1 or 10.7:1... divide the measured number by 14.7 "1BAR". those are not 13:1 engines, your washing out the cylinders with fuel cheating the test. unplug all the fuel injectors.
I am fairly sure the old 4.6 in the T-Bird is a PI block with the old cast aluminum intake dropped on it, would take 325lbft to brake a 28 spline 8.8 in the first place. non-pi would have cast pistons as the PI has hyper tech pistons? they look different on the tops
Since you swappped engines, check all your grounds and make sure one isnt loose.
I would swap injectors to see if anything changes

Also use NGK 4177 spark plugs. Another recommendation I got from MO’s Speed Shop and I’ve never had one fail to date.

Just to give due credit I think you were actually talking to Marty’s partner Jeff Harris. Also a great tuner at Mo’s Speed Shop and awesome guy. Both Marty and Jeff care about their customers and give the best support. Anyone with a 4.6 2V or any other engine for that matter should check them out. They have tuned my Crown Vic and also performed engine upgrades and it is a ripper that is now setting LSR records.
I had a 97 Tbird. Ran stick block, ported '04 Grand Marquis heads, Crower Stage2 cams, colder plugs, under drives, mustang air box with a lightening MAF, new Ford aluminum crossover intake, accufab TB and elbow, 3.73 swap explorer gears in the IRSs, 2.5inch duals with last cat deleted and 3in ss tips. It made 237 on a dyno..pretty quick
I’ve done four 5 speed swaps on these, and it’s never fun. One of my least favorite transmission to work on.

DO not run Bosch O2 sensors in a Ford. Mad problems. Denzo or Factory Motorcraft O2 sensors. Too many ussues

Swap injector to another cyl....swap coil pack to another cyl..and so on

Check the cams they are a expanded tube and the lobe rotates around the cam. fuel spark timing a o2 sensor isn’t going to cause 1 cylinder on each bank to go out

As much as it sucks that this is happening to you, this jealous me out so much. My truck has been breaking up and misfiring for a bit exactly like your car and the BMW it seems so now I have all the proper ways to start doing the diag on it. Yeah I could’ve googled it but this is way more solid information.

I wish I could turbo mine, I did PI swap it though, swapped the entire engine out for a 2007 with "low" miles 106k its still a baby considering these things last forever when done just right.
Also got the Marty tune, he is seriously the best.

When it comes to the crown Victoria, if one coil pack fails, u have to replace all of them, because for some reason one by one, they die everytime u add new coil packs
I sympathize with bad coil packs because when my dad gave me his truck it was miss firing on 3 cylinders
Valve seals are bad
Check the fuel pressure regulator isn't leaking fuel into the manifold and causing your engine to run rich
Why don’t you go efi on the crew cab? If you’re going to tow with it , it would make sense
