  • Community Health Workers are frontline public health workers who have a close understanding of the community they serve. Community health workers go by many titles, depending on where they work, who they work for and what they do however, it is important for those conducting this type of work to identify themselves as Community Health Workers.

    The whole point of having community health workers is that they are out in the field, not in a clinic. There should be a relationship between a CHW and a clinic, but not be oo-located.

      As the work of Community Health workers, the government suppose to care of them very well due to their work. They help community to bring health care to their doors step.
      They always moving from one rural areas to hardreach places to serve our community groups.
