    On the gold forester plate where you say the bullet wobbles just turn it around problem should be solved no more wobble of the bullet.

      One would think that might work but, the holes are identical without any "shouldering" to accommodate the ogive. That's also not a workable solution as one side of the dial has indexing dimples to sit on a small ball bearing so that there's a "position lock" when attaching to the black body of the datum dial. And the black body is necessary to be able to attach to your calipers and to have a cavity for the tip of the bullet to go into as it protruded beyond the gold dial.
