I actually have the Dollar Tree gaming mouse and to be honest, it actually works just fine. I played with them for like a month but then it wouldn't work on certain spots and bought another wireless one.
Before you judge a mouse lagging or not, you should try changing the mouse DPI ( cursor speed ). Press that pink button on the center of your mouse, behind the scroll wheel, several times until you find suitable cursor speed.. But if your mouse doesn’t have DPI on-the-fly button, then on your windows open the mouse settings and drag the cursor speed setting to your needs.. and you might find that it's not that "lagging" anymore.. hope it helps..

But when i bought the expensive gaming mouse (the same brand), it was worked sooooo well, it was smooth and the design was cool (it had wheels on the sides) and it felt really comfortable using compared to the cheaper one that was flat and it realy hurt my hand. So yeah go for the expensive one.

Of corse its laggy, both have a i forget the name but dpi(how fast mouse moves) changer. When u hit the button behind scroll wheel one side that raises it. When u hit other it lowers. Itll flash rapidly. More flashes = faster less = lower. Most mice start at low dpi when u get them. Also in linux u can change a setting for how fast mouse moves. And stuff like that. Windows may require an external program. Unsure. These 2 settings are seperate and work together. You're literally not even half testing em. I have one of those same mice(5 below one but blue) and mine works good. Really. If youre gonna be a mice tester know your facts. Or at least mention "you can tune it" cause someome may need a cheam mouse that looks cool. Instead of "they suck" u could give helpful advice to make it usable.

So the reason you had bad response on the pink mouse is probably because the lack of a mouse pad or the optical sensor was not in good condition. However I can only assume because once again you told us nothing about these mice I’m assuming the button on top of the pink mouse is a dpi button witch instantly gives the point the the pink mouse.
