    switch to a body spray and you can order a product called Solubel from Aromatics International Solubel is a essential oil dispersant so it keeps the scent stronger since the molecules are dispersed evenly. It is vegan friendly .

    Thank you for sharing this! This will be my first holiday season as a candle maker and I’m nervous. I’m still working on my website so vendor markets is how I’ve been getting sales. I appreciate your videos.

    I love glass containers because I like to show the color and work in the candle. I do allow myself get low or out of Stickney some items. Then, restock in a larger amount when I'm ready. I have a black amber lavender and Cedarwood that sells out everytime and I get repeat customers. I agree with you. Room Sprays don't move as quickly.

      Yes that’s definitely something I need to be more comfortable with- letting my items go out of stock and then restocking a big bunch.

    Really awesome update! Love that you can pivot and shift even if it might contradict what you’ve said in the past, it’s ok to change for the better and I hope you start feeling the difference as you pay yourself at the end of the month. 😊

      Hahaha yes! Pivoting sometimes means doing things you never thought you’d do 🤷🏽‍♀️❤️

    Everything is so expensive. I live about 2 hours from a candle science warehouse, but it’s not feasible for me to go there very often. I’ve actually switched to California Candle Co because of their free shipping when buying in bulk even though I live all the way across the country.

    Doing it that way do you think now people will gravitate more now to the less expensive and not buy your more expensive..im having a hard time with my business website making zilch and more luck at events. Im at witts in but its only been a few months. I was hoping to be doing better

    I appreciate companies trying to decrease prices. I just can't justify spending over 30 dollars on a single candle if I haven't smelled it. Hopefully when prices lower I can try them out!

      It’s such a hard situation for consumers and artists because making candles isn’t cheap and we need to profit off it, and manufacturing companies are increasing their prices so much that it’s putting artists out of business! But I think carrying an affordable option alongside the luxury option (which is also more than double the size and life) is a good idea for me right now.

    Really nice video! I am a newbie you’d say.. it’s been less than 6 months that I started but I don’t get sales online. I did a market (and enrolled in so many more for oct-Dec) and that market was fabulous! I sold so much and it was a tiny market. So I’m wondering how do you get your sales online?

    • @laciej
      @laciej  11 месяцев назад

      Agreed, we usually have a lot of success at well-advertised markets! I actually don’t know how to get many sales online other than my social media marketing and people who buy from markets but we’re on vacation. I’d say it’s likely more social media.
