    These sirens are very popular in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin. There is also one in Goldsboro, Pennsylvania by the Three Mile Power Plant Facility, the one that exploded in 1979. Otherwise, they are rare throughout Texas, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania

    @Siren1000T1 I'm surprised you're not crazy about Sentry. Have you heard the 40v2t? It has twice the sound pressure as the Cyclone at 100 feet and has the same 2/3 port ratio (but with more ports. 10/15 instead of 8/12) and I think it is the best siren being made today.

    • @kdksiren
      @kdksiren Год назад +1

      @OWS of the South Yes, they are good sirens. But I'm sure before long they will be replaced as well. Everyone want's battery backup on them. There is still one Cyclone in Canyon TX. They replaced all their other ones with 508's. It is still hooked up, but I don't know if they still use it. I've also seen one 2T22 still up as well there.

      That's because it basically is, but the P-50 is just this -same ports and all- just flipped on its side with a massive bucket horn slapped on it. Thus, the second loudest siren ever is made.
