      Fabius: I agree with you! "Pearl Pickens" early vocalist with Robinson's Buckeroos, was a cutie. She was also a Juilliard trained musician and I especially enjoy her lead vocal on the last chorus, of "Sleepy Rio Grande" a Pathe film short that's also posted here on RUclips. I read that she married an early side man of Carson"s, possibly one of the Mitchell brothers, John or Bill; or Frank Novak? "Pearl" had fetching countenances and a very subtle manner in which she personalized a lyric. Intriguing and delightful . . . not to be forgotten.
