Never forget Starscream was the best leader the Decepticons ever had. During his reign, they had full control over Cybertron, Optimus Prime and many other Autobots were dead with the rest on the back foot, and there was only a single casualty (that being Starscream himself). It may have only been 28 seconds, but his leadership was truly inspiring.
