1 cup rice flour
1 cup glutinous rice flour
1 1/4 cup ligh brown sugar
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
WHITE MORON MIXTURE:
1 cup rice flour
1 cup glutinous rice flour
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cup coconut milk..

Sinubukan ko po ung mixture neto sobrang lambot ..ung unang ginawa ko ok nmn
1cup gloutinous rice
1cup rice flour
1cup coconut milk
1cup brown sugar ok nmn cxa .ito kc sinundan ko 😅 halos di mabalot sa sobrang lagkit, nung naluto mas malambot 🙄

Ginawa ko po ang saktong ginawa nya, sorry po ha? Pero mukhang may kulang. Mukhang iba talaga pag ang gamit mo ay gata na tayo ang nagkudkod, tapos yong gamit ay non glutinous rice at glutinous rice, di yong nabibili na powdered, may kulang talaga sa lasa nagluto ako today lang, nabitin ako. Anyways thank pa din sa kanya. Hope she will tell us more, kasi mukhang may kulang talaga. Sorry if my comment hurt her heart, just saying na something is kulang talaga.

Filipinos are so creative when it comes to food, but it often makes me wonder, who came up with the name of this dessert, which is basically made of rice flour, and often in two colors: the white mixture, and the black, or chocolate mixture rolled and intertwined together like a candy cane design, except that it's black and white intertwined together wrapped in no other than the banana leaf. The more I think of this, the more that it makes me smile. Nonetheless, it doesn't make me less proud to be a Filipino.

I used Hershey’s cocoa powder and it’s not that chocolatey, I wanted it to have a deep rich chocolate taste.. so can I use dark chocolate bars like Lindt instead?? Can it still melt??

Wla po akong dahon ng saging, malayo yung Asian store samin. Any substitute for dahon ng saging?
aluminum foil po, nasubukan ko na yun. Pero much better pa rin ang dahon ng saging kasi mas nae-enhance yung flavor.
