Oh hi! Im a multifandom btw who stans both BTS and redvelvet. Ive been following red velvet since their debut tho. I can recommend you a lot of their songs. For me they never dissappoint cause they always give you every single damn concept you can think of BUT ANYWAYS, if you like their red concept (which is more cheerful, radiant and.vibrant concept) start with their debut song HAPPINESS. Then you can go to DUMB DUMB and RED FLAVOUR. RUSSIAN ROULETTE is a must watch. I'm sure you will be amazed with their concept and their mv story line. And if you're the person who adore concept like PYSCHO, then go for their velvet concept (which is darker concept) such as BAD BOY and PEEKABOO. The best thing I also love their song is because their album always have a good B-side songs. I would recommend SUNNY SIDE UP as a starter. There you are. A long lists of rv songs. My prayers go out to her, Red Velvet as a whole and her family. She is going to be out for quite a while. The opera singing you were talking about is them using their whistle register. It is basically a step above falsetto. It is actually impressive how Wendy and Seulgi use it in this song. It is pretty rare to see non-operatic singers to use it in such a stable way. The list of famous pop singers who can use it consistently can be counted on one hand, and here comes Red Velvet with two. That is impressive.
