I was one of the dj's dropping tunes during this video, alongside Richard. A Great day, well done for capturing some of it.

Reggae and ska ! The ultimate and universal jolly up music ! 😂
Bloody to rite
The O.A.P.,s look a lot different in Folkestone these days!😀
It's nice to see doc's properly laced.
The bones may be old and the skinhead haircut may not actually be an 'option', but you people will live forever
I used to have one o them Numark mixers, good piece of kit
The great thing about Britain is that we can welcome all kinds of cultural influences
GREAT MUSIC GREAT PEOPLE GREAT WEEKEND
Traded in my Vespa for an SUV and went round the Nam looking for the shit. Lol cracking vid. Respect
The things we miss. I wish i could have been.
Looks like you all had a lot of fun. 🎵

Were Chelsea playing football in town ?
*_Looks a lot of fun, and tomorrow is pension day so happy day's_*
State of it there ...
Wow, is there no africans in Folkstone? Lot's of music made by us tho.. This black rudie from LA woulda been skankin up a STORM ❤💛💚
@2:05 Rebel flag... I don't get it.
Another reason why skinheads have racist undertones.
It's just a biker's symbol. Doesn't represent racism but non-conformism in bikers culture.
Some bikers also wear the Iron Cross...before you gonna start calling them nazis I must tell you it's also just a symbol...
Why the f..ck many people need to be so politically correct these days and get offended so easily ??? ...I don't get it.
@@Smalec77 the iron cross is used as the symbol for independent skateboards as well people get pissed of over symbols against hate to theres no escaping it ill walk around with an anti-swazi on my jacket people get pissed at it let alone when i dont wear it and they see my braces but dont pay any mind to the Jamaican flag on my 2 tone pants with trojan, bob marley, and bad brains patched to them i just tell people they need to listen to better music
@@kingda117 and the music is BLACK music....learn about the genre before you make a stupid comment....knowledge is power
@@kingda117 'racist undertones' = I can't see any evidence of it there, but I will accuse them anyway as it fits my narrative.
proper boots at 149 shame bout the legs
I like folkestone....
Love folkestone
Nice to see a pair of Solovairs in the boot shot..........at least they are not made in China!

30 Pieces of Silver by Prince Buster . Great tune - I remember when it was released (means I'm old!!!)
I'm glad you like it.
Landlords and Tennants by Laurel Aitken - Great track!
@@lancedougall Thanks!
This is England !🇬🇧
That movie disturbed me greatly.
Rude boys 2Tone
Well it used to be, folkestone could almost be a different country now
steady old guys
Grandes esos Skinheads! 😎😎🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
I wish events like this can happen down where I live. Maybe I should be in Folkstone where it's all happening. I love all the original blue beat, ska and rocksteady. I used to have a crombie jacket in the early eighties. Its a place where I would love to pull one of the skinhead ladies. I love those chics with short hair, especially the tomboys!
Trust me, you don’t want to live in Folkestone
@@spl_jakey oh no I might be wrong then. Is that bad? Then I'll take your word for it. I have made the mistake of living in some of Britains worst places to be in before.
@@brandonmcintosh337 honestly it’s just me cause I’ve lived here all my life. I haven’t really seen much else than folkstone lol. Yes there are bad ppl that live in Folkestone but not all are bad. Just if you do come and live here then be careful of some people. But I’m not sayin don’t come. It’s a nice place with lots of history
Have you ever considered becoming a lesbian?
Where are the Mod´s ;-) O.A.P Skinheads at last living in Peace!
stay sharp!

Nice...one...🤣
Dreadfull place. Although the skins and ska seemed to have brightened the place up that day.
I love the people and the culture. But I can’t stand the music. Never could get into ska and reggae. Now punk that’s a different story
Punk is puke aswell you want rockabilly
I got into the scene but always preferred prog rock music.
Good looking people must have stayed home.
Yikes
Your right, I'm not in it 😆
EDL voters.
Ive been to this event 7 years on the trot, never seen any evidence of that. Perhaps you're being a little prejudiced?
I've only ever been to one EDL Rally and was disgusted at the sight of Israeli flags being flown by the agents of ZOG.
