If the company is based in the Netherlands ,it is totally illogical to say it is an Indian brand. Just because world famous sports brands like Nike and Adidas get their sportswear made in Bangladesh, we don't call them Bangladeshi brands.

Its based on Amsterdam somits European brand .. that is why it is Luxury brand .. In India at Amristar they produce shirts so technically India is a back end processing unit just like Apple which is American Company making phones in India / China .. We dont call Apple a Chinese or Indian Company

Given their clientele & selling price, hopefully they're paying the production side what they actually deserve. Most of the companies work in india because of the dirt cheap labour cost. The skill remains the second priority. I hope this is not the case here.

No logos on the clothing and great quality. However, it is known by less people. And it is purely based in India, not someone from another country who is trying to sell in India.

Why? Indian taxes r very steep with huge bureaucracy & hurdles on each step to make it tougher plus GST intimidation by tax authorities when u reach certain scale & size. Plus u don't get any benefit of huge taxes in return again u pay steep import duties for imports of Raw materials. Ever wonder why make Indian companies setups in Singapore & UAE. Only small & medium size honest businesses understand.

Really shocking to note, we can find not even a single Indian company and their products. We boasts we are 5th largest economy and boasts ourselves. But no body knows about our india 😢 except middle and lower level employees.

Look closely at the global fashion & luxury wear u will find the thumbprint of India. India is origin to cotton but now is equal to American cotton ( quality is measured in length per strand, Chinese cotton is short & hence poor quality ) , jasmine used in French perfumes is sourced from Indian chamelli , along with spices mixed into certain perfumes. Cotton for global jeans is sourced mainly from India , leather products as well, there was a unique Indian product that once took Europe by storm it's unique material grows only on bank area in West Bengal the technique has now been lost ( muselin) among many other unique Indian products of incredible artistry which the British destroyed & dismantled.
