Ingredients: 1 avocado ½ clove garlic 50g Greek yoghurt Half of a lemon Salt 2 pieces of bread [Chilli flakes & Honey] - optional 1) Slice an avacado in half. 2) Carefully, use a knife to remove the stone. 3) Slice it into cubes and add it to a food processor 4) Add the garlic and Greek yoghurt. 5) Squeeze the lemon into the processor, making sure to remove any pips. 6) Add a pinch of salt and blend until smooth and creamy. 7) Toast both slices of bread. 8) Spread the creamy avacado over the toast. 9) Sprinkle some salt on top. 10) Add some chilli flakes and a drizzle of honey on each slice (optional). 11) Enjoy!

The problem is that people are impatient with avocados and either don’t let them ripen properly or just wait until they practically form mold. Also don’t kill your avocados guys. You can literally have good avocado without a motive of killing off all of the oil with your freezer. The barbarous methods behind making an avocado smooth are weird to me. Putting it in the oven like squash or blending it is just avocado abuse. You know what the secret is? It’s waiting…

Toast comes out better when you cook it in the skillet w/ light olive oil. The inside is soft and the the crust isn’t as hard.

Yogurt and avocado blended together with spices and garlic is actually delicious- trust me. Give it a try if you haven’t already!
