Add rail to the Z axis, the wheels is not a great system. You can see the full X arm moving down just with the pressure when inserting the filament. Check at 8:26
Hello, nice printer for a great price. What slicer is included with it? Also a few things I noticed while looking at you videos or reviews from others: 1) the belt on the X axis does not seem to run parallel. This is crucial to avoid distortion. 2) The power socket on the main board seems really slim. I fear that it might be a fire hazard. Maybe a XT60 connection like on the ender would be better?
Was yours canted upwards? When I went to level my bed the nozzle was 3-4mm higher on the right side. I noticed the arm is angled up away from the bed and there doesn’t seem to be any adjustments to fix it.
@@Kingroon3DOfficial This step is mssing from the assembly instructions included with my ptinter as well. As is the advice to pad the print bed during assembly, i didnt know the head would suddely drop as I tried to assemble. Instructions also skip a step of instaling the coupler to the sheft below the lead screw. Mine wont go on and idk if im doing it wrong

Why do most KP3S videos show a mod adding another fan? The KP3S already has two fans. Is there still a parts cooling problem? My KP3S arrives next week.
What do you mean by that? It should be outside the build plate until you click leveling and choose a point. If not please send a video to support@kingroon.com, our guy will check that for you. Thanks!
@@Kingroon3DOfficial When clicking home, it goes out side the build plate. However, I think it's fine as I found out it's normal. I just set my cura profile to start at x7 instead of x2 so it won't print outside of the hot bed.

I don't like these designs using wheels.Expecially when they start to wear.
@@jimlee5643 plus the profiles always come with defects. I can't use my full Z height because close to the top the profile is smashed.

you. missed a step to install the z axis tslot nuts after bottom screws , to secure the z post from wobbling..

KP3S uses 3010 fan, compared with 5015 fan, the fan speed is a bit slow

Currently not, we are not using that yet. But it's a good topic that we should make tutorial on. We will make video on it and share the profile soon.
How do I load the filament
Press "Move", then press "E", then press the arrow to set the length that you want to load, then press "in". You will be able to load the filament.
