I feel like this was just a grill out and then they decided to make body armor with stuff while they were grocery shopping
Of course, you can make a decent armor of things you can buy in the store. I can buy a metal plate-like 20-30 mm thick in hardened steel. I have not said it would be practical but you would survive a gunshot, from a firearm easily. But your movement is ner to zero. But it was not if you could move, it was if you can buy it. And this is Sweden. I can`t imagine what you can buy in the states.
