Kasi dito naguuwi sila ng trabaho. My gulay...yung kapatid ko buong xmas vacation nakasubsob sa paperworks every afterlunch up to dinner. While you and other teacher vloggers and also one of my niece is a teacher in taiwan...nakikita ko may work life balance talaga. ❤
We hear a lot of stories of the same kind. Teachers are overworked in the Philippines. That’s why a lot of them would rather choose to work in Thailand despite the sacrifice of being away from family and loved ones.
Agree really on the qualification ang basehan....kaya dapat yung mga non educ or walang educ units nung college wag nang kunin as teachers...i mean kahit ako yung magulang, ang gusto kong magturo sa anak ko ay yung may background ng pagtuturo at pinagaralan paano magturo...ang nangyayari kahit ibang courses tanggap kasi...
