Nice! If you want more clarity and guide, I am offering a FREE consultation that you might want to take advantage of, It's completely free! You can ask me all the questions you have about Chicago real estate market, neighborhoods, spots , etc. Looking forward to connecting with you soon!
This is so helpful. I am an Illinoisan native who never, as a younger woman, went to Chicago b/c my parents said it was "bad." Moved back home from California in 2004; missed the water so much.... never dawned on me I could find what I was missing in Chicago, that city I never explored. Well, I'm ready. My son and his wife moved there five years or so ago and I've been in love every time I go there. I have to figure out the neighborhoods -- so confusing, but videos like this really help with the maps inset. Thank you. Did you do a number 2?
Could you please include Roger's Park in your next video on this subject? It seems to be very culturally diverse, eclectic, and somewhat more affordable than some other neighborhoods.
I think for most people new to Chicago it's all about River North for convenience, Lincoln Park because they have heard about it and for community Lakeview. As usz MLTYB
Hi Caira! I have a question about moving to Chicago without the possibility of a job. We'll eventually be moving from Alaska, which it'll be difficult to acquire a job with that distance. Is there a possibility of successfully moving and renting a place with a huge savings to boot? Like a year+ in savings. I have no qualms that finding a job would be easy once we have an address, but i feel that is the hard part
Question.....what do you think of your pedway? I was in Chicago earlier this year, and I went to the Marquee at Block 37 which as you know is connected to the pedway....my God, what happened? Are other parts of the pedway closed, because I saw only 2 or 3 shops?
This is so helpful. I am an NW Illinois native who never, as a younger woman, went to Chicago b/c my parents said it was "bad." Could we get more vids on Lincoln park? Feel like that’s one of chicagos best neighborhoods
Hands down!!! 🤙
agreed! I'm so interested in Lincoln Park
Really need a longer video on neighborhoods as these are more of the transplant spots.
Saving this for my move 😊

I would love a video on rentable condo buildings vs apartment buildings!
Love your channel and my only suggestion/request is to have longer videos, 10 min minimum. Plus it’s better for the algorithm. 😉

Great video Caira!! Love my River North. Have you ever done a video on Hyde Park? LOVE your channel!!🥰❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
can you speak more about transportation options and if you need a car?

How about Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square? Ravenswood, Uptown?
You should make a video on bridgeport
What about Mayfair, Logan Square, Edgewater, and Rogers Park?
Hi Caira, what is name of the song and artist playing in the video? Enjoying your videos. They're helpful ; warm and good for the heart.
Great concept for a video! 🎉

Should’ve started in Pilsen!
Great info for apartment seekers! Now that you are a broker, do you prefer helping renters or home buyers?

This is a very good question and honestly I don’t know much about it. I am going ti make a whole pedway video in 2025!
Lincoln Park is expensive!
