There're so many options...and real cashiers will speak faster probably.
It's not so complicated to order , but in Poland they are always toast the sandwich .... :/ 5,21 $ ? Very similar price in Poland . 20 Polish Zloty is like to get all the sandwiches in Subway

As a native English, if you offered me a sandwich, i would say something like:
"Thank you! What's all on it?"
