@@ccook3659 You are welcome. I have screenshots of Nordic curls but no demonstration in the video. I should have included one! However, there are plenty of RUclips videos about how to do it. Do you have plantar Fasciitis?
@@HonestHans365 yes, thank you for asking. Fully recovered and running. I feel that wearing sandals was what caused it for me, (thongs/flip flops) as I was constantly using my toes to grip the flat part. Now I wear the lite rides daily and especially after runs.
@@HonestHans365 I would say as close to 100% as possible. I was limping along last summer but since I changed shoes I’ve run about 1000-1200 miles and several half marathons with no issue outside regular soreness. I wear them daily and avoid walking barefoot on hard surfaces as well.
@@floridaaaaa Excellent. Buy new shoes every 500 miles and you will be less sore. Not cheap but makes a big difference for myself. As I said in the video, I buy my shoes during sales and keep a new pair ready when it’s time to change.
Thank you for this info...suggestion...you might have shown how you do your nordic curls

Crocs literides worked really well for me
@@floridaaaaa Interesting. I have regular crocs but have never heard of or tried literides. Are you fully recovered?

@@floridaaaaa Amazing that you have recovered. Well done! Would you say that you are 100% recovered or more like 95-99%
