    Paruppu Urundai Kulambu
    Ingredients
    Toor dal - ½ cup (100 grams)
    Chana dal - ½ cup
    Moong dal - 2 tbl spoon
    Dry chilli - 3
    Ginger
    Garlic cloves - 4
    Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
    Pepper - ½ teaspoon
    Chopped onion - 3 tbl spoon
    Chopped coconut - 2 tbl spoon
    Curry leaves
    Coriander leaves
    Asafoetida
    Gingelly oil - 3 tbl spoon
    Mustard - ½ teaspoon
    Fenugreek - ¼ teaspoon
    Fennel seeds - ¼ teaspoon
    Onion - 1 (big size)
    Chopped garlic cloves - 10
    Curry leaves
    Paste of 2 tomatoes
    Chilli powder - 1 ½ teaspoon
    Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
    Turmeric powder
    Tamarind juice of small lemon size
    Salt
    Chopped coconut - 5 to 6 tbl spoon
    Cinnamon stick - 1
    Cloves - 2
    Fennel seeds - ¼ teaspoon
    Coriander leaves
