Damn this one hit me right in the feels - I share a lot of the same fears these folks shared about development and tourism and the like. We are dealing with similar things here in Staten, all over NYC really. Hell, all over the country. That makes me depressed af. Curious if you tried reaching out to any of the developers. I wonder how wack their comments would be (probably very wack). Ya'll did a great job on this episode! Looking forward to more.
This is fantastic! I'm so glad you captured the Asbury essence before covid!! It was the last place I lived in NJ before moving to Oregon.
