Since I have moved to North Carolina and got a job as a bagger/Shopping Cart Collector I have begun to hate summer, but I love Spring. I love that the days are longer, but like a lot of readers I love Autumn.
Just wanted to say the audio books for the crescent city is sooooo good! I listened to all 3 books, I would never have been able to read them all.
Yes. I don't like whenvthe sun sets at 5:00 p.m.
I seriously DON'T enjoy or want the intense heat and humidity of July and August though...70s & 60s are wonderful!
I am so excited for spring/summer! I love sitting outside in the morning with my coffee and a book while my dog is enjoying the sunshine. That 70s weather sounds amazing; where I live, it keeps switching between 30s and 50s, haha.
I also get how you feel about A Deadly Education; I once started reading it and couldn't get past how stream of consciousness the narrator was. But then I recently tried rereading it and pushed through and found it got better; I'm not sure if it's because I'd gotten used to the character's voice or if the style was changing because the character was developing. :)
Yes ember in the ashes finale was so so good
I’m definitely spring/summer. I NEED that 70 degree weather to survive 😂
I feel the same, except where I live winter is the 70 degree weather and summer is 90 lol
@@lauraiswatchingvideos what a dream place to live honestly lol
I’m a summer gal-give me summer all year long!
I’ve been getting all the William Morrow editions for my Agatha Christie books. The covers are much nicer in my opinion :)
I agree. I dnfed Vengeful just because I didn't think Vicious needed a sequel.
Could you send some of that seventies up north
I am a fall and winter person. I however don't have kids, just obnoxious neighbors
Babel is the book thst tried too hard to convey a message. I felt Kaung beat me over the head with her themes and there was no nuance to it and no character development. A big disappointment
