This farmhouse has sophistication and glamorous style!! Simple plain and worthy of being a great house for ANYONE!! Like the layout and the looks!! Excellent and Extremely Beautiful!! Lots of space and room!! Timothy?? You really have did wonders with your presentations!! Thank You!!
I love diani homes love the way how they bild there homes this home is absolutley amazing thsnk s for showing take care and god bless Best regards anja
I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I love the built-ins throughout and the floating shelves in the dining area. I would probably turn the basement into an apartment.
I love your house tours. Each has somthing I like: trey ceilings, wood accents on walls, fireplaces with both a mantel & hearth w/ gas or log, various color choices, double front doors, ensuite bathrooms, toilets closer to the bed, etc. I could go on & on. I do like seeing the various prices available throughout parts of the USA. I know if i ever have the chance to build from scratch, I would use your videos to help me. KEEP THE VIDEOS COMING!
Okay, I'm going to be that person. These homes are starting to look alike. Walk into the foyer, office/bedroom to the left (right if they're really adventurous), here are the stairs and then one big room with living, kitchen, and dining room. I'd like to see something really different. Does anyone do that anymore? Or is it like cars?
Love this one. I don't like the set up in the master bathroom. I would have to have a tub. I also don't like the double trey ceiling in the master bedroom.
Love this design, I have saved it and hoping to build just the main floor since we don’t need the basement. So we would do it slab on grade. Sadly here in Southern Minnesota the prices are crazy high per square foot $300! We might have to wait and hope the pricing goes down in the near future.
When i see these homes in the 400 to 600 range, i think Jagoe home in Kentucky, should be ashamed of themselves for what they build in the 300 to 600 range. Beautiful home as always
I’m a bit surprised by the number of cabinets in the kitchen versus drawers. I thought new home builders today understood that drawers are more functional and preferred by buyers. I was also wondering if these homes are targeting retirees because of the secondary bedrooms being in the basement, the result of the landscape or is this common for this area of the country? I like the proximity of the garage to the kitchen pantry and refrigerator.
Interesting how they put water items on exterior walls! In the first room office. Tge bathroom had toilet and sink on an exterior wall. Here in north east that’s a No No due to cold
These are beautiful homes, but standing in the foyer and looking through the office into the bathroom, there are 3 different floor coverings. It really disrupts the flow and I noticed with the last home, I lost count at 6 different floor coverings. Not a fan.
The sponsor breaks are terrible! I completely understand that they are necessary (get that bag), but I think having them right in the middle of the tour is jarring.
No tub in the master bathroom? Weird color scheme? No thank you. That’s got to be the ugliest master bathroom I’ve ever scene. Open staircase to the lower level in the living room? Nope. That is really tacky. Do better, designers. And yes, these houses are all cookie cutter but they are designed the way people live today.

A tip for home builders: Please put an extra electrical outlet in the laundry area or closets to hang/charge cordless vacuums.

Very beautiful house. Thanks ❤
I absolutely love the layout of a great modern farmhouse! I would definitely do more moody but I love it!😊
Nice modern farmhouse, thanks!
7:27 - The only thing I don't like about open floor plans with the kitchen is being able to see dirty dishes from the living room.

Definitely my dream home! Plan to buy the plan for our WA home.

imagine that. a house that looks like a house.
If they're really adventurous 😂😂😂😂
@@lerxst1234 Imagine that, a house that looks like every other house.
@JOA_Trades_ I realize they're trending. I'm just lamenting the fact there doesn't seem to be much imagination anymore.
@@hennypenny338 I completely agree. It would be nice to see something a little different.
The landscaping on this property really sets off the house. I wish I knew who did the landscaping.

I absolutely looooove model homes🥴💜💜💜 especially modern ones 💜
This is a nice cozy home but I would add an extra 1000 feet more for an upstairs
Hi. Beautiful house. I was wondering in the master bedroom shower where is the shower drain located ? I never saw it.Tfs.Sherry 🇨🇦.
Look on the floor when he scans down by the nook for shampoo. You will see a rectangle that is the drain.

Hi. Thanks I will check out the video once again. Have a great day. Sherry
@@Sherryblossom2017 you do the same. I looked twice after I saw your question

It shares a wall with the garage so it's not really an outside wall. I know what you mean though, I live in central MN.
I am still laughing at the shaving story! Not ready to try for a handle bar mustache yet?

Next time you trim your beard, try using a guard at the length you wanna keep it at. Sorry about your mishap.

$500k?
Right? Lol. As shown, 1.5m.
