Nothing about BASC or other organisations failing to put up a fight against a possible lead ammunition ban?

70% of game shot in the UK is exported if we don't change away from lead, we will loose this market then we will our shooting. This is driven by the food market, it simple, change or we loose our shooting.!!

@@topfoxsniper Around my area, creatures shot are eaten by shooters and friends/family or buried because they are pests. No reason to let others dictate my shooting, especially as 95% of the time I shoot paper..

It all started with the hunting ban. If we would of all stood together instead of defending our own sport’s but we didn’t there were people disapproving of each other sports instead of all standing together. You had fishermen saying they didn’t like hunting with dogs. The same with some of the shooting fraternity. And these people didn’t see the bigger picture we are all under attack from the animals rights groups .

3 dead foxes, they don’t always drop on the spot, try filming and shooting at the same time 🤷🏻‍♂️

Conservation has a lot to do with it but also diseases in animals that are not controlled, but most people think that their food comes from the store not from farmers, shooting sports is major discipline teachings

No 1.....As a old time fox shooter..I can for the life of me think why fox shooters want to film a fox being shot and then showing photos with half its insides hanging out..To me this gives the Anti brigade all the ammunition they need to lobby their MPs...No 2 No offence meant do you honestly think some one getting free bees or sponsorship or being paid are going to give a honest opinion on products they are promoting...As if they are going to say this product is rubbish...Just my opinion chaps...As a shoot community we are getting smaller and smaller...

I can only speak for myself, if I use something and I’m saying it’s good it’s because I honestly think it is. My opinion isn’t for sale.
If I don’t like something I won’t use or review it I’ll simply send it back with a thanks but no thanks rather than giving it a bad review.
In fairness competition is rife with manufacturers and there’s not much from the up markets brands that isn’t any good these days 🤷🏻‍♂️

I hunt bunnies with my CZ457 .22 using CCI 1050 FPS hollow points and MX38 thermal scope.
Bunnies seem to be able to see without photons as they can see me coming..
Anyway, sensible question.. I shoot bunnies and am happy to take the bodies to a pal who feeds his ferrets. (and I get paid).
I am extremely reluctant to shoot foxes with anything less than my .223 (which is F-LOUD even with a moderator), despite getting lots of hate from those who tell me I am wrong as THEY shoot foxes with ,22 HP subsonics ... but what do you do with dead foxes?
IF I had to dispatch a fox on one of my many permissions, what do I do with a dead fox? Bunnies, ferret food.. Foxes ??

I wonder what would haopen if foxes were not controlled at all. I mean not trapped, shot or any other killing method. Would the farmer make a net loss due too inventory disapearence? like with many usa stores closing due to bad government policies and crime out of control. Theft from shops makes the business go out of business. It would be interesting to see what would happen.

I prefer the sharks with lasers, if you think being a sportsman is blasting big holes in the animals, you should let them fight back in the same way

Why shoot the foxes when they aren't a problem ?
Im all for pest control but when they become an issue IMO. Leave the poor devil's to have some life until they start sneaking around poults or lambs etc.
