Nothing happens of u skip or not when only 1 ad plays, she gets same revenue.. however, when the ads are stacked (when it shows playing ad 1/2 on ad screen), then not skipping first ad will result in playing 2nd ad after first, it won't work if you skip the first one in this case.

Russian language is more close to sanskrit. You can find many words in russian language which are there in Sanskrit and Old Hindi.
