Basketball Junk Defense - Trash Zone Defense with Chaser

Welcome to our channel! We provide drills and plays for basketball coaches looking for help in any and all areas of their coaching on the court.
How to run "Trash":
- Chaser plays man to man against the star player
- Top guy is in help defense for penetration or ball screens. Also covers weakside block if ball goes to corner.
- Block defenders covers wing, gap of ball side corner, middle or ball side block.
- Middle defender covers middle if ball is centered, block if ball is on wing or corner if ball goes there.
