Same, but mostly because I lived in Tenerife and have just left. What a nice place, but housing prices are so expensive it's not worth it. I've bought a luxury villa for the price of an apartment in tenerife.

Back when I was 12 years old, I remember how fun, scenic, and beautiful it was to watch Sam and Seb drive their McLarens from the event to check out this spectacular sunrise! Now as an adult I got the chance to see Sam relive that memory with his very own Ferrari!
Truly I can agree what Sam says about this place! Wouldn't be surprised if Sam chose it as his place of retirement.

Make sure to talk to the crew on the way back before you board and ask them to put you on last so you can stay near the ramp and don't have to go up the decks.

Sunrise drives are just the best. I do it as much as I can in The New Forest, where I live. Every time it's such an amazing experience and no matter how hard you try, the atmosphere simply cannot be captured properly in any photo or video. The best therapy for any petrolhead. ❤

Sam, this has to be one of my favorite videos ever. I've watched your video 6 years ago in awe and somewhat recreated it last March on Gran Canaria in a rented Fiat 124 Spider. It was honestly the best morning in my life. Thank you for the video and the inspiration! :)

Only two car videos have ever made me tear up: Clarkson's Disco Volante review and this one. Clarkson had a Ludovico Einaudi soundtrack to help push me over the edge but this one, like so many of Sam's videos, just exudes enthusiast enjoyment of what cars can do. Brilliant.

This is a fucking good video, on the one hand I hope you get and deserve hundreds of thousands of views, but on the other hand if you get just a few thousand, its cool, its special man.
But from a financial perspective and after a likely costly clusterfuck of a journey lets hope for hundreds of thousands.

I did the drive up the volcano about 35 years ago as a child in the back of a convertible beetle. Not quite a 360, but it was fun and this video brought back some good memories. Thanks for enduring the ferry ride from hell to bring it to us Sam.

I don’t comment very often but wow I just have to say this was probably one of the best videos you’ve made Sam! Between the music, cinematic shots, raw driving clips, everything was just amazing. I remember watching the original video way back when it was uploaded probably 3 or 4 times and being just floored by how beautiful the views were. I still go back and watch that video once in a while. The clip when it cuts back to your face being amazed at the view amid the crazy shots of the sunrise always made me laugh lol. Tenerife is definitely on the bucket list. Keep up the epic content!

This one gave me a heavy “C’était un rendez-vous” (by Claude Lelouch) vibe. The parts where it was only dashboard+road+engine noise were… simply put: epic. Keep on keeping on mate.

Awesome to see you back there with the 360! I alreadt got the goosbumps while watching the mclaren video years ago. Tenerife is absolutely stunning. Last time i went there was in 2017, and got stuck on top of the vulcano after the cable car failed, and spent te night in a small museum on top, to get rescued the morning after. Got to see the sunset, stars at night, and sunrise from up there, absolutely beautiful! Got to hike down a part of the vulcano right after sunrise, to get rescued by helicopter from a cabin halfway down.
