What if the laptop x270 says UEFI ONLY Unselectable for Secure Boot? I need USB-stick?
When i pressed button F12, none of these works in the list boot manager, i return in login. It only says entering boot menu, and after it choosing one doesnt work. Oh, and also it says entering setup, then cant even enable legacy boot.

You have probably resolved this some time ago.
But for the record.
Please check the Secure Boot option, in Security. If it's enabled you will not be able to run USB-sticks for booting and you will see the *Unselectable for Secure Boot comment in Startup.
Disable Security Boot and try to run the USB-stick.
