hi Katie, first of all, thank you for your tips and your great videos. my son is 7.5 months old and we are slowly starting to offer him something in the form of puree or with pieces in it so that he can try the consistency. he keeps gagging too, but I'm now unsure after reading a lot of comments, does gagging really lead to choking? I'm so scared of it and really sad about it. I would really appreciate an answer❤ 
What do you think about burger Patties? We did the Costco frozen grassfed burger patties and I thought would be perfect for strips and she just kept gagging way more than I’m comfortable with so I stopped.
