    Thought patterns = Behavioral patterns
    Stoicism - Buddhism
    Disordered passions
    Undesired desires
    Indifferent or apathetic happiness
Soul informs the body, passions, emotions
    Soul - Reason - Feelings
    Center upon oneself
Not just to calm them but to order them towards the Good through rational behavior
    Ordering our lives towards good
    Freudian Psychoanalysis
Rumination leads to increase in intensification of disordered passions
    Willpower
    Selective attentions
    Limbic vs neocortex

Ang gulo ng talk niya kasi hindi naman niya clearly naestablish ang link/connection ng CBT with Aristotelian Thomism. Ang CBT kasi is pabaligtad, starts from Behavior pataas. Ang Aristotelianism is pababa, from Soul to Mind to Behavior. So pano nagcoincide yang 2 na yan? And wala namang practical steps sa Aristotelianism, it’s more of a theoretical framework rather than a how to guide. Even the word virtue is loaded, how do you that in the 1st place?
