Greetings Ametek Service. Thanks for uploading such a useful and lucid video.
We are getting laser temperature error in 5100HD analyzer. We suspect board or laser assembly is having issue, don’t have spares in hand. Any suggestion u can provide to pin point the issue ? In manual there is no remedy mentioned.
