@@zedxcu i believe the localization was in the works since, at least, 2013? idk when this recommendation was given but i doubt toby fox's (still existing) reputation then would have done much influence though it probably motivated it to get completed maybe, idk.

I finally played it when it released on the Switch. Only because some guy on /v/ posted this track in a soundtrack thread in 2012. This track has been a source of optimism in my life and I'm thankful I got to play the game as well. It was a remarkable experience.

The game's soundtrack is mostly played on Moon Discs you can get trough either shops or quests. If I recall correctly, Waiting for the night is found on a shop, while Kera Ma Go is a reward for a side quest. It also plays during a cutscene for said side quest and at the end credits.

ストーリー上の設定で10歳の米国人の女の子と製作段階から既にありましたが、ゲーム中のクリスはこの歌を歌っているシューリー・クリスタというアメリカ人の女の子が元ネタ。
収録直後に父親の転勤でMOON中のクリスが歌っているシーンを見ずに帰国。
レコーディングはジオラミック・フォノ・オーダーの谷口氏の実家で行いクリスタの機嫌を取る為にバーベキューまでした。
MOONのゲームに登場するキャラの言語はPC上でミックスした合成言語だが、MDに収録されている曲にはオリジナルが存在し、歌詞も存在する。
この歌も実際には英語で歌われていてサントラでも非公開となっていますが歌詞もあります。
現地で実際に収録されたイナウイニ河川ピープルの父よ私に神の力を下さいと同様に大半の人は聞き取れない為に意味が分からないだけで、EDでも流れるこの曲は日本語に訳すと大変な意味を持ちます。
ちなみにクリスとの「あっち向いてホイ」は上ばかり出していると高確率で勝利できる。

ソフトもサントラも当時買えなかった、できなかった、聴けなかった人のために プレミアついていても勿体ぶらず移植したり生産してくれる制作側さんにラブです。
