Nice small house with a big front porch. An outside laundry is ridiculous so I would push the kitchen wall out to align with the back wall and add a bit more room to the kitchen. Three bathrooms in a three-bedroom house is unnecessary so I would change the bathroom in the canter of the house into a laundry nearer the bedrooms. I would then move the door to the bathroom in bedroom #2 to the hall so bedrooms 2 & 3 can share the new hall bath.

This is great there is a door separating the bedrooms from the living and dining area. This is perfect for my mom who always have a lot of visitors. I just hope to have a guest room separate from the private bedrooms for their overnight stays ❤😊😮

I love the design, the no. of bathrooms are equal to the no. of bedrooms so there is a privacy for all. And I love how spacious the laundry area. The walk in closet was unnecessary for me, just a simple wardrobe cabinet works for me. So the space can be distributed to the 3 bathrooms bcos I want a spacious bathrooms too.

I'd make a few minor changes to this one. Laundry area needs to be closed off, because where I live I would have to buy a new washer and dryer prety much every year with the weather it would rust badly. The separate bath, I'd make into a powder room instead of a ful bath, with maybe a closet of some sort for some more storage. The bath in the seccond bedroom, I'd change the layout, so the door can be put in the hallway for both rooms to acces. And I'd want a little foyer/entryspace. Otherwise perfect!

just love the design of this house. would reverse it so the lanai faces towards the private garden and have a pool in front of it. loved the master suite and the dressing room/area and bathroom too, good for when one needs to go to work and the other can lay in!! i liked the kitchen layout too, but need a stove/oven not just a hob. Finally love the semi open living/dining kitchen area. Overall a great modern house.

Beautiful home ,I would have to cover laundry area , my climate dictates a lot of decisions. But not a huge job.
I wanted this design for my future house. There's a privacy for all the bedrooms. So when you come out of the room to take a bath you don't have to deal with the people in the living room, if you don't feel like socializing. 😂

nice. not too big not too small. i would glass in the laundry area. and add space for food pantry. and add small office space. then it would be perfect. if i owned some land i would have this house built to live in with my mother and brother. it would be perfect for us.

🥰🥰🥰 I absolutely love it. I wish I knew how much it cost to build. But I would definitely close in the laundry area. Could you add a carport? And I would like a shower and tube in that beautiful master suite. Would they consider that? Other than that, it's perfect!!!!!

Initially, I found it rather nice. But, I tried to imagine my own family in this house. And immediately, I noticed the lack of desk in each room. Impossible for my children to study their lessons in private and with calm. The washing machine outside is somewhat curious. But you have all my sincere admiration and greeting from France 🇫🇷
L'esthétique de cette maison est remarquable. J'y verrais toutefois un placard à l'entrée et une place suffisante pour un bureau et une chaise dans chaque chambre. (La fonction doit toujours primer en architecture ... )

Gd pm. I sincerely like this house design. If you don't mind sir can you redraw the bedroom sir? ( Really its nice but my partner wanted the masters bedroom on the southwest side. The dining, the kitchen and the living room is superb. And I really wanted the privacy of the rooms only the location that matters. Pls don't be offended. 💫

The outdoor washer and dryer is a big dud to me. Fast way to destroy the machines due to rain and sun. Not a good idea!

The front door looks much more like a garden room than reception are. Again, nowhere to hang coats or put aside wet footwear. Deal breaker for me

Ist mir zu undurchdacht. Augenscheinlich sind die Durchgangsbreiten der Türen und der Raumbedarf in den Bädern nicht berücksichtigt worden.
Außerdem fehlt mir eine "Schleuse" mit Sauberlaufzone, damit der Schmutz von den Schuhen nicht gleich beim Eintritt in das Haus getragen wird.
Weiter fehlt eine Garderobe. Wo sollen Bewohner und Gäste ihre Mäntel etc. ablegen?
Wichtig 1 Küche: Es fehlt eine Speisekammer als kl. Raum für Lebensmittel, die der Kühlung nicht bedürfen und als Stauraum für Staubsauger, Bügelbrett etc.
Außerdem halte ich die Aufstellung von Waschmaschine und Trockner im Außenbereich für eher suboptimal.
Wichtig 2 Technik: Ich sehe keinen Raum, wo die moderne und zeitgemäße Technik untergebracht ist.
Das beinhaltet bspw. Heizung, Lüftung, evtl. Wärmepumpe bzw Speicher für Energie und warmes Wasser...
Wichtig 3 Auto: Stellplatz für das Auto (egal ob Verbrenner oder Elektro) ist wichtig. Carport oder geschlossene Garage.
Hier gehört zu einer vernünftigen Planung natürlich auch eine Walbox zum Aufladen des eMobil-Autos.
