I really have nothing in common with you, I’m a 39 year old soon to be single mother of 4. My children’s father is an alcoholic and drug addict who I’ve finally left after 20 years. I’m really starting from scratch also. I was a stay at home wife/mother for 18 years. My 19 year old son owns a restaurant and I now work for him. I found your channel today and am binge watching all the videos. You’ve encouraged me a lot in the few that I’ve watched. Keep pushing and smiling. You have a beautiful smile.
Thank you so much for watching. My wife who finally left me a few years ago was my partner for 15 years. I'm so glad that she was able to do that. It was so hard for her. I'm happy that you got out as well. I know all too well how difficult that must have been for you. My ex and I are better friends today than we have ever been. Maybe, if he gets better, that will happen for you two as well. I appreciate you sharing this.
@@SmilesforMiles2024 that is my hope also. Right now the children are all old enough that they want nothing to do with him. I’m hoping after they see him moving on it will get better. Thank you for your encouragement.
I rarely ever comment, but I just stumbled across your channel and have been binge-watching your videos. Your ability to self-reflect and maintain a positive outlook on life is SO inspirational! Keep up the amazing work :)
Love the side hustle - excellent. 9:38 That makes the job way more worth it. Congrats on negotiating 4 days a week. The monotony of the warehouse job reminds me of my 3 years in grocery after my breakdown. There is a greater variety of tasks: unload pallets, stack the boxes, stock the shelves, face the product, chat up the customers, work the register. It was helpful for reducing my isolation early on.
I've been on and off clean (mostly clean but with a slip up for 6 months to a year every few years) also from heroij but have been on methadone for last 10 years. Have not done heroin since, but plenty of oxy etc. I really love your channel man, really inspiring.
At some point your could start telling stories unrelated to addiction regarding your experiences as a nurse. I bet you have years of stories to put on RUclips-you will never run out.
I can see how you got yourself in trouble...you have that kind of personality😂😂😂 glad your doing better regardless of how low it seems...it gets better and better. 👍
Completely agree with generally trending upward or downward. It is determined by the level to which I am acting as a good parent to myself and taking care of myself or not. 0:39 This point would make a good video short.
There may be many options for you once you are done with serving your sentence. The Nevada second chance, sealing records, pardons-restoring your rights, etc. If you stay clean and do not reoffend, maybe you will be eligible for something. You should look into it. If you do all of that, you will be eligible for so many more jobs that would suit you better.
I'm about to turn 60 y/o, but I'm drawing inspiration from you, I started from your first video, and will continue on. You don't need an ankle bracelet to feel like you're under house arrest and eating nothing burgers everyday.
Love the song of the week. 💓
Jeff Buckley!!! ❤️❤️ I’m glad you love it. I love this one so much 😊😊😊
I really appreciate your videos. I found you yesterday and I’m starting from the beginning.

It is great that you get a lot of exercise at your job, out of the house, around other people.
This is the motivation I need to finish my nursing program. Thank you!

The sharing of your struggles and triumphs are so inspirational for all. And as a bonus, you're so good looking!
I love the message in this video. I really like the way you look at things.
I love you. Reading all of your comments made my night 🥰🥰🥰🥰
0:30 your smile looks like an angel smiling ❤❤

Congratulations on changing from 5 days to 4 days! YAY!!!
I bet you are the best box stacker they have. I think that taking pride in whatever task we perform reflects in other areas of our lives.
Thank you🤗

You mentioned you listen to audiobooks and podcasts -- what do you listen to?

I’m a nurse and I would rather do this than be a nurse at this point !
Look at this as a means to an end. Right now u have to talk about being a convict but n the future how convict became a successful bus man!
