Great motivation to create a good Battery Pack for Electric Bike but I would suggest that you use a thicker nickel strip while joining two modules as high current would be running through it, this thin nickel might result in failure of the pack with time which is too dangerous.

Excellent work. Very good for the DIY enthusiast. Will be very helpful if you could give the supplier sources for the Cells, BMS, Nickel strip, Spot welder.
Please address the IR issue also. That will reduce the Cells heating and give Max life.
I'll be glad if you can go into kWh category battery packs, with 15C capabilities.

Equivalent Series Resistance isne pehle hi nikal liya hoga. Waise internal impedance BMS bhi compute karta hai OCV k liye.

That is Heat shrink Tube not extandable, when you apply heat it will shrink itself .
