- Two years since ISIL was defeated in Syria, thousands of foreign fighters and their families remain stuck in camps.
They include women and children from Europe who followed their husbands to Syria.
Belgium has repatriated six women and their 10 children.
But some other European governments have been reluctant to do the same.
The UK, for instance, has removed citizenship for those linked to ISIL.
So should they be allowed to return?

Regarding today's topic discussion, I can easily say international aid communications should take a holistic approach and realistic methods to empower the marginal groups and also operate the issues from human rights stand point.If they leave them without being empowered, we will see more radicalisation in societies. Without mixing with traditional communities, international communities and hosts countries rehabilitate them separately under separated zones with full monitoring systems of law- enforcement agencies. I can see bringing the children to our respective countries but the women knew what they were doing and made their choices. They should be left behind in the camps to be dealt with by the country and people they abused and fought to take the rights and lives from. Leave the women and help the children back into society that isn’t what their parents doomed them to.

I don’t think it has nothing to do with race. The majority of the women who went to Syria are white women from Europe. Personally, I wouldn’t let them back. Actions have consequences and they left knowing what would happened to them. I don’t care if they have children they made a conscious decision now deal with the results.
