So the intercooler share with the main aluminum radiator? No wonder why the IAT is so high for this car. Is it possible to isolate these two systems so the IAT can drop?
I am looking at using your S5 Air/Air intercooler core to adapt to my RS5 and getting rid of the Air/Water, too much of a headache and no options. Since you have worked on both RS5 and RS4, aside from divorcing the system and having new charge piping built. Are mounting points the same on both cars to mount the S5 intercooler?

You could but it would require a lot of work. You'd have to build a completely separate cooling circuit.
