I am looking at using your S5 Air/Air intercooler core to adapt to my RS5 and getting rid of the Air/Water, too much of a headache and no options. Since you have worked on both RS5 and RS4, aside from divorcing the system and having new charge piping built. Are mounting points the same on both cars to mount the S5 intercooler?
How many labor hours did this install take? Is there a different part number for the upgraded heat exchanger as well?
Do you foressen/recomend any new pump for this competition package or the original one is enough ?
Is there a preferred method for purging all of the air out of the system? I have vacuum pumped several times, and temps seem to rise quicker than stock when doing pulls

It does rs4 and rs5 use same configuration,I just got one for my 2021 rs5 sportback
So the intercooler share with the main aluminum radiator? No wonder why the IAT is so high for this car. Is it possible to isolate these two systems so the IAT can drop?
You could but it would require a lot of work. You'd have to build a completely separate cooling circuit.
Great instalation video. What is that small radiator for? The one that's facing down in the front?

Is the water cooler included in the competition package ?

The watercooler will be added to the competition package in the next time.

@@dzafervarol4305 Nein das ist nicht der Fall. Für den RS5 musssten wir einige Anpassungsarbeiten vornehmen. Viele Grüße

@@dzafervarol4305 für den RS5 wird es einen neuen Ladeluftkühler geben, wird aber nicht mehr lange dauern.
Wan kommt er auf dem Markt? Und Preis 😃
Der Kühler wird ab Mitte August in unserem Shop verfügbar sein. Den Preis kannst du dann auch dort entnehmen. :)
